Having retired from the United States Air Force in 2016 and living in Alaska since 2011, Tim has the experience you are looking for when buying or selling military investment properties, single-family residences, multi-unit buildings, vacant land, and recreational properties all over the great state of Alaska. Having fallen in love with Alaska and the amazing landscape, Tim became a permanent resident of the Eagle River & Chugiak communities and has grown to be very familiar with all of the areas surrounding his home area, including Palmer, Wasilla, Anchorage, Big Lake, Willow, Girdwood, Talkeetna, and the Kenai Peninsula. Through his work in the Air Force, Tim developed great communication skills and learned how to get things accomplished. From listing to negotiations to closing, Tim has the skills and experience to provide you with a smooth and fun transaction.
Tim is active in the Chugiak & Eagle River communities. He is a member of the Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Anchorage Board of REALTORSĀ® Military Committee, serving on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. As a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9785 in Eagle River, Tim donates to veterans in need and also donates his time to help out the community. Tim holds an associate degree in Aircrew Safety Systems and stays abreast of all the changes happening within the Air Force and its sister forces so he can better serve the military members and veterans who are PCSing in and out with buying and selling their homes or helping them turn their home into an investment property to better their retirement plan. Tim works with properties all over the state from the Kenai Peninsula to the Anchorage Bowl to the Valley and even out to Talkeetna. He looks forward to providing local introductions to what he loves most about the state of Alaska and to help you find the perfect recreational property or perfect single-family home for you to plant your roots.
Tim was born and raised in Waterloo, Nebraska, and now lives in Chugiak. He left for the Air Force in 1995 and retired from the Air Force in 2016. His personal interests include hiking around Chugiak, fishing in the beautiful Prince William Sound, hunting around Eureka and Circle, camping in all of the great RV campgrounds around the state, working out, socializing with friends and family, and the occasional Cornhole competition.
